Balencify operates entirely on your device. We have no servers that store your financial information. You are in complete control of your data at all times.

The Balencify App

We collect absolutely nothing. All financial data you enter into Balencify—including your income, expenses, budgets, and transactions—is stored securely and exclusively on your local device. We, the developers, have no access to this information.

The Balencify Website (balencify.app)

When you use the contact form on our website, we collect the following information solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The content of your message

This information is sent to our support desk to facilitate communication and is not used for marketing or sold to third parties.

2. Data Security

While your data lives on your device, we still prioritize its security. Balencify includes a feature to create a password-protected, encrypted local backup of your data (using best encryptions). This backup is a file saved on your device or a cloud service of your choice (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive). You are responsible for the safekeeping of this backup file. We do not have access to your password or the data within the backup.

3. Your Data Protection Rights

You have complete control over your data. You can add, edit, and delete your financial information within the app at any time. Since we do not hold your data, requests for data access or deletion are managed by you through the app itself.
